I will say some things.
First of all, i REALLY love the detail on making a video on your own creation, but try resubmitting it in the MAP SUBMISSIONS instead of the main parkour forum wall.
Now, in building aspects, its really cool! but the theme could be not as original as judges and players are looking forward to see now.
If you want to get a great theme, try searching if your map meets the parameters for an accepted one here.
Some of the details look nice but theres also some aspects to change, for example, try giving the caves a more natural vibe rather than a minecraft build, giving it texture with different blocks and giving it a more "cave style" vibe.
Rest of all id say is fine, but also, try makign the video without shaders to observe how it actually would look like, i dont think you should hide your masterpiece by using shaders ;P
