Go to the parkour section of the website, click on submissions, create new thread. follow the template. to take Screenshots, hit f2, if you have windows, windows button and r at the same time. type in %appdata% and go to the minecraft folder, go to screenshots find the screenshots and go to imgur.com and drag the screenshots.
