I had 1000 Gems. And I am the "Adept" Rank. I wanted to rank up to "Skilled" but I hit Adept. I lost 800 Gems. And I have 200 And am Still Adept. Please Rank Me Up to Skilled or give me my 800 Gems Back. Thank You, ThePizzaCastle or Pizzaaa ^-^
Hopefully you took something like a screenshot when you bought the rank again, because I think that staff cannot give you the gems/rankup if you can't prove it!
