What is the main realm you play on
Olympus
When did you start playing on ManaCube and what does your activity look like?
I roughly started in 2019/2020. I’ve taken a lot of breaks, but I’m almost always active in chat. One of the best parts about ManaCube for me is the chat and its community. Even if I'm sitting there mining endlessly or just playing to kill time I love chatting with other players and being part of the conversation. I'd say I play about 20 - 40 hours a week, Before my last break I had 2000 hours in a little more than 2 months.
Why do you want to join the QA team?
I'd like to join because I feel I care a lot about Olympus and want to help make it better. I've personally encountered various bugs on just Olympus. I'd also like to say I have a large amount of knowledge towards the game considering I've been around for a lot of it. I also really enjoy providing help to anyone. I think I'd be a good help to the QA team whether I'm just helping out, or whether it’s testing updates, finding bugs, or trying out new suggestions.
Do you have any experience with game testing/quality assurance?
Yes, I have some experience with testing games and reporting bugs. Like I said I've taken many breaks but I'm sure that doesn't effect my general knowledge/common sense on how stuff is supposed to work.
What qualities or skills do you have that would contribute positively to the QA team?
• Patience: I don’t get annoyed easily and can stay calm when working through problems. I take my time to figure things out, especially when testing bugs.
• Attention to Detail: I’m careful and like to double-check things. When doing stuff in general, I go step by step to make sure I don’t miss anything.
• Problem-Solving: I enjoy figuring out what’s wrong and fixing it. If something’s confusing, I’ll keep at it until I understand.
• Love for the Server: I really care about Olympus and its community. I want to help it grow and make it even better for everyone.
