Progress glitch

So I used to play the Olympus Aether prison all the time, but I stopped playing a few months ago. I came back a couple of days ago and literally everything I had is gone. My rank is reset, I don't have my plot, money, everything. Even the Poseidon tag I bought disappeared. I'm at a loss. Is it because it's a different version of minecraft, or maybe because I changed my username? Does anyone know how I can fix it?

Howdy, @aurorazxs!

The last prison reset was on December 26, 2019. However, as @Blororis also mentioned above, Olympus has split into two realms now, Atlas and Aether. Make sure you’re on the correct server - the default will be Aether.

If you go onto Aether and still do not have your items, make a support ticket here, and a member of staff will be able to hopefully assist you. The server supports name changes, so I can’t imagine it being this.
