Am i allowed to rank upgrade straight from MVP to ELITE? without MVP+?

You can just buy elite straight up, but it’s cheaper to upgrade to MVP + and then buy elite.

Thanks i did the math i need $87.50 to upgrade to elite. Can i use two separate visa cards?
