Items named this way are only punishable if they player who owns them is ether iteming them in chat ( ) command or putting them for sale in the auction house. If you have any proof of this player doing ether of those please message it to me ether on here or on the forums (LiLKayla#4335)
Also the best place for threads like this would be under the support ticket option, you can select to submit a player report. This keeps it confidential and organized so staff can see and react to it quickly and efficiently. Thank you for taking the time to make a report.
