The theme is unoriginal, as we have several rainbow maps (RainbowCones, RainbowRoad, Rainbows.) Please refer to this link, which has a list of themes that have been done already; https://www.manacube.com/threads/parkour-list-with-theme.20194/
There is no main build, which is a crucial issue. Your map should have a main build; something that your parkour can build off of. This can include one, or multiple, main structure(s.)
The parkour is a bit repetitive with the use of straightforward jumps and ladders., Try to incorporate different jump styles throughout your entire map! You can look at recently accepted maps for some examples of these. The length is good for the expert difficulty, so good job on that! However, the map is a bit too easy; I'd say it's around medium difficulty. If you are truly going for an expert map, try including more difficult jumps.
