Rank Not Given After Purchasing

I purchased the Adept rank for 800 gems on 7/2/15 at around 7:30 pm. It said in chat that i had purchased the Adept rank and my gems were deducted. It still says that I am the Good rank though. Is there any way that I can be given the gems back for this? I do have a picture of the chat if that will help me get my gems back.

Did you purchase it on PK-1 or PK-2 and then switched servers? If so it'll take up to 30 minutes for the ranks to sync.

I just logged on and the rank is there. Every other time I ranked up the new rank would appear automatically and this time it did not. Thank you for your reply.
