/shout Character limit (UPDATED)

Ever just play mana and someone from shout puts up something like the image below? I'm requesting that a character limit gets added to shouts so it doesn't fill up people's chats. It could be the 1.8 character limit or more strict.

probably, but since it's like getting a shout every 10 minutes I don't think so, but if it's the same message done like 3-4 times, it'd probs be muted
