If u get stabbed or in some other way have something poking into your body DO NOT take it out itll cause MORE bleeding what u should do is leave it alone unless its falling out then hold it in place and call for help (i get this one is a bit more dark then usual but i cant find my SHREKS DAILY TIPS LIST 1-100 and its the only thing i could think of sorry)
