spawning chickens permissions for islands/plots/towns/parties

I'm sure everyone that has a big or often visited island/plot/town/party has had this problem, after logging on you just see that your island/plot/town/party is full with chickens because some random player found it funny to do that. For me it would be very nice if that would be dealt with by an other permission.
(for me its even more anoying cuz i dont have the permission to kill mobs)
and while you are at it, please make the same thing for /spawnmob
