Sorry to tell you that your map have been rejected.
The theme is.. interesting ? Looks like a bit a Sewer, which is original. The build is not really good, it's not really attractive from the outside, and looks messy inside, try to build something more clear next time. The parkour could be better, it's pretty varied, but I still think some parts are repetitive, like the first part, I also think the map is a bit confusing sometimes, maybe because you used blocks for your parkour similar to the wall ?
