Thunderbolt4913 having OP armour and sword and bow

This person "Thunderbolt4913" has been saying: "Who wants some crazy OP armour for gems but I took the armour and reporting cause op stuff is bannable right? So here is a screenshot I'm pretty sure this is bannable cause I have seen a LOT of people getting banned for OP items so I will delete ALL the stuff
