I don't agree with this.
People would end up abusing this and just enemy all of the super rich parties, ending up taking everything there, then make everything neutral once more.
Our Survival server is suppose to be fun, not a lot of competitiveness like in Faction servers or other Survival servers.
If a party leader is inactive for 60 days, the party will disband and everything in that land shall be raidable and you can go ham.
