Vault status

What's the deal with the vault for items from previous seasons? It keeps counting down then resetting without letting me access my items.

Hey! When you do /vault in-game, it should be giving the count down to when you’ll be able to access it.

Usually the vault is locked for a couple weeks at the start of reset to prevent players being instantly OP and gaining an advantage over players who don’t have SVAs.

I understand that's how it's supposed to work, but that's not what happens for me. I let my vault count down yesterday and it reset. Today /vault is not a valid command.

Ahhh, my bad - yeah I believe admins are aware of this issue and are looking into it
