Very Important i had Legend on my blastime8 account DACON PLZ READ!

I had legend rank on my migration account blastime8 so i have a new account Angel_Scarz I Want vast but i have to spend 40$ I have legend with Angel_Scarz Dacon gave me it because blastime8 is my old account the thing is That i had LEGEND So that means i could rank up to vast for 20$ but it cost 40$ Because i did not buy it with money in this account dacon just gave me legend rank Cuz blastime8 account is gone.. (MY rank got Lost) Someone please help me!

Rank transfers are allowed with proper proof. But I really don't understand what is being asked and don't think he wants a rank transfer. It sounds like he wants a discount on a rank upgrade?

I'm sure a Moderator told me rank transfers weren't aloud however I'm not too sure what he was referring to because he didn't exactly make it the easiest to read.
