Hello superfroge,
I regret to inform you that your map is being rejected.
The theme is original, as we don't have any maps from Final Fantasy IX, so good job on that!
The build is somewhat accurate to the original character, so good job on that! However, it is a bit flat compared to how Vivi looks. I recommend making Vivi's face more spherical so that it resembles the character more.
The parkour does have a bit of variety throughout, so good job on that! I do feel that it could be incorporated with the theme more. The map also feels a bit short, so try making it a bit longer and incorporating the parkour with your build more!
