Hello, Im writing to inform you that I voted 5 times on your server on factions and I didn't receive one key. this is unfortunate and my ign is EternalJelly. I told the staff ingame but they said post it on forums so I am. it just launched and all I want is my keys.

Sometimes the /vote system goes down and it doesn't give out your rewards!
this can be easily fixed if you report it to any staff online.
