Sadly your map has been rejected!
Reasons for this include:
Your map consists almost entirely of barrier block jumps, yet you want it to be a hard map? If you want to create a good hard map, you need to use a variety of parkour, in order to show that you know how to make a cohesive, difficult and styled course. It's like getting graded on Creative, the more skills you have, the better you go. By showing us only barrier block jumps and some incredibly easy ladder jumps, it feels weak.
It's ironic that a map about barriers actually has a really large way to cheat and go ahead without doing certain jumps. On the red Barrier sign, you can jump from the lowest ladders to the final few jumps of the course without going to the top of the sign first.
There are not enough jumps to consider this a hard map. It felt too short, a little broken at times, and was not a very strong map. However, you do understand the basics of the parkour, you just need to apply this better.
