i dont think you can do 135 burgers but
ok, buddy, lets do the math

135 burgers @ 1/3lb/burger = 45 lbs
45 lbs * $7/lb = $315 of meat
the buns, toppings, and condiments, usually cost 50% of the meat, so +$160
this is a lot of meat for a standard home grill
assuming a ABS (average burger size) of 4" diameter
you need 135*4*pi sq.in. of space which is ~1700 inches
12 sq.ft.
but youre not able to pack circles with 100% packing density
the tighest packing density of circles is ~60%
but because we need to space the burgers out and flip them
lets assume 400% so theres 2 inches around each burger (4 inches gap) which i feel in standard practice given my cooking experience
so you need 48 sq.ft. of grill space
most home grills are no more than 2 feet deep
meaning you need a 24 foot grill
this isnt that outrageous as places like BBQ restaurants use this kind of size grill
but they cost thousands of collars to build, let alone buy
lets say you got one used for $10,000
now you have to transport it
with gas (truck with trailer required)assuming you already own these or can borrow for free() and distance of transportation
6mpg*300miles = 50 gallons
50 gallons * $4/gal = 200$ on gas,
+ 300 miles / 55mph = ~5.5 hours
now youre home with your grill but it needs assembly and maintenance
thats 30 hours
how do you cook these burgers
you wont be able to supply enough propane so you need charcoal/hardwood
you can probably get away with 2 chords of wood
2 chors * $200/chord = 400$
the chord of wood is 10 miles away, 20 mile trip, 20$ on gas
the wood needs splitting
10 hours
now youre ready to cook the burgers
itll take you 4 hours to prepare enough coals at once for this many burgers
and you need a non galvanized shovel
the burger cooking will only take ~10 minutes

for this estimate youre already spending 50 hours of time ($1,000 labor)
+$475 on food
+$400 on firewood
+$10,000 on grill
+$220 on gas
totaling $12,100

many many variables have not been considered in this exercise
such as various tools for the grill repair, required employees, how to handle 135 burgers


so no, i do not think you can do 135 burgers.

4$/gal for the cheap American engine gas. 87 octane (Ram, Ford, chevy trucks use this)
4.50 for 89
5+0.75-0.25 for 93 octane for high compression engines like my alfa romeo or porsche
homie I got 2.80 gas, I guess if the national average is 4 dollars that makes sense
