Command to remove unwanted players from claim.

/lockdown would be an effective and extremely uselful command available to vip players and up and or as a perk prize from the perk chest. /lockdown would serve the purpose to not only keep conflict out of chat but to also prevent instances of resource warp abuse for those who own public warps. maybe even specific removals, like /lockdown [name]. that is all! cheers - Halico
