Problems With /warp

On Prison - when i type in /warp and click the bone (mob farm) nothing happens! Everything else works like animal farm. Is this a bug?

No this is not a bug, the mob farm has been closed down due to getting overpowered items, potions, drugs, and other things that shouldn't be in prison server! ( I think this is the reason).
