Anyway, to answer your question, much of it depends on how much CPU you have. If you have a low CPU, Minecraft will load in low chunks to equalize your FPS and CPU usage.

That's incorrect.

Alts must be in the same chunk for farms, and within 15 blocks of the spawner for mob grinders. You can also find answers to most questions here: https://manacube.wiki/factions

Like kxe said, the alt has to be within a 15 block radius in order for the spawners to spawn

If you are talking about crop growth, the alt will load a 5x5 chunk area if the alt is anywhere in the middle chunk.

talking about crop growth, does the alt grow inside its own chunk and 2 chunks around it?
