It’s ok actually I made the exact same mistake when I started

Do I play another parkour game or will that delete the map?

The only way your map can be deleted is if you use /plot clear and /plot delete so you can do other stuff while you wait

If you are still wanting to submit your parkour map, try using ./submit on the map maker world and follow the steps to submit your parkour map!
