Article of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Dacon, Founder of ManaLabs Inc, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.
The Constitution provides that the ManaCubians ‘‘shall have the sole Power of Impeachment’’ and that the Owner ‘‘shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors’’.
Further, section 14 of the 28th Amendment to the Constitution holds that "Jacon must take power, once Dacon is removed". Further still, section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution prohibits any person who has ‘‘engaged in insurrection or rebellion against’’ Jacon from ‘‘hold[ing] any office . . . under the United States’’.
Using the powers of his high office, Founder Dacon:
1. Solicited the interference of a foreign server, ████ , in the 2020 ManaCube Presidential election.
(A) He did so through a scheme or course of conduct that included soliciting the Staff to publicly announce
investigations that would benefit his reelection, harm the election prospects of a Jacon, and influence the
2020 ManaCube Presidential election to his advantage.
Wherefore Owner Dacon, by such conduct, has demonstrated that he will remain a threat to national security and the Constitution if allowed to remain in office and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the rule of law. Founder Dacon thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.
