I was going on and on in the chat about how I had "drunk bleach" , but no spam or anything, no caps, I was warned once, and dropped the "I drank bleach" and got into a light debate about how anything like that could break the rules. They (Amibug and Purple4me) said inappropriate chat messaging. After cleanly arguing that drinking bleach was not an inappropriate chat subject for one final time, they muted me. Believe me, I used NO caps, and NO spam. I think that they only muted because they were bored. I have been on this server for a year, even though my forum is new, and I know what's mutable and what's not. I would like to see this problem dealt with, because this is surely a flaw. I am not one who is often muted or cussing, spamming, or using too many caps. I am not saying this about all staff for sure, and no offense given but seriously shape up guys, there is a lot more to deal with than jokesters saying that they drank bleach.

Yes... Because messing around and saying that you drank bleach is mutable. I did knock it off. Once I was warned I immediately dropped it, but began to argue lightly, BECAUSE DRINKING BLEACH IS AN "INAPPROPRIATE CHAT TOPIC!" It's not. I was NOT recommending people to drink bleach either, I was just messing around, and gosh knows how that thought got in your heads. I'm sorry, but drinking bleach is not a sensitive topic. You were muted for three hours, not perm muted, therefore you do not need to buy an unmute. I personally found you constantly saying 'Help! ive drank bleach' offensive due to something that has happened in the past. You did not stop after multiple warnings in the chat or after the official warn and then you continued to try and undermine me as staff.

52S, after talking about drinking bleach for 40 minutes, and being asked to stop in chat, and warned, you were muted for 3 hours. It is time to move on. You crossed the line and got a mild punishment. You now know that this is not acceptable chat topic and are welcome to come back and follow chat rules. I honestly do not see how a 3 hour mute is worth this much whining.

Regarding the situations and building on what Dacon has already posted -
We provide the purchase of unbans at MineVast as a positive thing for players. If a player is banned, they can apply to be unbanned for free on the forums here. The ban appeal will then either be accepted, if we think that the player should be unbanned after they have given us proof of the issue surrounding the ban and so on, or it will be denied if we think that the player is in the wrong and should not be allowed back on. Upon the chance of a ban appeal being denied, the player can then buy an unban if they choose to. We do not force anyone to buy an unban, nor do we require or ask anyone to either. It is completely their choice. Allowing players to buy an unban if they wish is in no way 'scamming' them. They are paying to be allowed back on the server after they have already broken the rules. There are only few circumstances where we will permanently ban a player on the spot. These circumstances can be found at the bottom of this post. 9/10 times, the bans we give out will be temporary. Meaning that, after the ban has expired, the player can join back onto the network, free of any expenses whatsoever. We give out 7 and 14 day bans for hacking, which is the most common crime we ban for, others will have flexible ban lengths depending on what has occurred and the severity of it.
I hope that this has cleared up any confusion or misconception among the few of you. Hopefully you will understand and stop being so narrow minded against our choices.

- No one that has been banned has been banned for no reason. We go by a pretty simple rule: If you break the rules, you will be punished. If you don't, then you will be fine. Cheese was banned for a reason, not for no reason. If he wishes, he can easily apply for an unban, for free, and have the chance of being unbanned if we think it is the right thing to do. If his ban appeal is denied, he can buy an unban. We are not forcing anyone who is banned to spend money to get back on the server. Everyone has the right to apply for an unban (that is unless they are banned from the forums too)
- The whole fuss about 'getting ranks back if you are banned' completely goes against out TOS. I remind you that TOS means 'Terms of Service'.
