Lay on back on ground/bed
Rotate onto side
Top knee half way to chest
Bottom arm cross body and grab top of knee
Top arm behind back and hand on waist
Twist shoulders so back to flat on ground and push hand on back and pull hand on knee
After audible crak or pop or snap or pain. Release
Roll over
Repeat
Tips: inflate to 45psi prior to use. hold firmly. use only normal body parts. skip the step involving strings and knives (after reconsideration, it took too long). let gravity hold you onto the ground, no need for the cement.
Questions? Don't ask them.
Stuck? Stand up.
Not working? Twist harder and more rapidly.
Common issues:
not enough stamina. This can be fixed.
loss of pants. try velcro.
Back doesn't crack. See episode 2
