the ManaCube server ranks store says that the vip, vip+ and mvp, mvp+ ranks can bypass some chat restrictions, are the bypasses the same?? If not, what restriction can each of them bypass? Thanks!

Tbh. I don't think these bypasses exist and if they do I've never noticed a difference of things of what I can say versus what a non rank can say.

wdym elite clearly reduces the chat spam cooldown by 0.01 seconds..
