Gems not transferring

Recently my sister gave me gems she earned from a dropper so i can rank up. The only problem with this is that they didn't transfer?!? She gave me 300+ gems from voting. I used /helpop and they were kind about it. However, the only thing they said was if she used the right command which she did, and if she (my sister) spelled my name correctly which she did. Any sollutions to the problem?

Did the gems she supposedly gave you disappear from her account?

Are you a donor? And if so did she send the gems to your nickname not your actual ign, that's the only thing I can think of.

Yes, i didnt get them and they removed from my sisters account.

Hello! I'm sorry that this has happened... I would like to let you know that our Gem system is case sensitive. How many gems did you lose?
