Why do you want to become staff?
I am particularly drawn to the role of a chat moderator (preferably), given my keen awareness of my current limitations in identifying potential bugs and hacks, as this is not something that I have a significant amount of experience in at the present moment.
I do however notice that there is a particular shortage of staff, especially on Earth, especially those in lower positions dedicated to monitoring chat and assisting new players.
Despite not holding the official title of a chat moderator or helper, I have already been fulfilling these responsibilities within not only the Earth community, but that of other realms which I frequent, and the encouragement of those around me has given me the push to finally apply for the position.
I am an approachable, friendly, and helpful member of the Earth community, and I am confident that my dedication and positive attitude would greatly contribute to the staffing team.

A staff member's role involves many tasks to ensure the server is safe, inclusive, and welcoming for everyone. It isn't necessarily about the 'big hitters' like massive server crashing bugs, or hackers that steal everyone's items, but for the level that I'm applying for, it's about the day-to-day interaction with the community, answering and aiding players with their questions and problems, enforcing the rules, and working to keep the server running smoothly. The ultimate goal is to make sure everyone has a great time playing and that the community remains a positive and safe environment.
