COOLDOWN ON LAUNCH ITEMS

Hello,

I know it might be better to make a ticket about it but its about the global cooldown for launch items.

I personally do not agree with it and would like to get it undo.

Understandable that alot of people who “pvp” dont like the Launch stuff but if im right there is a cooldown on each item already so the “global” wasnt really needed.

Talking about pve,

People like me like to use items like “rhino helmet” while jumping around slaying custom mobs and now my cooldown from 3 seconds went up to 5?


I kinda get the feeling that pvp is taking over pve at this point and i would like to get it removed as my point.

Suggestion:
Make it in pvp pit only !!

We, like as pvers, should not be ruined because of a pvp issue!

Just make svas behave differently when you're in a pvp area vs. pve area. Would solve all these issues without making things unbalanced.

I agree with the above. Once an item has been released it's very disappointing for changes to happen unless they are truly game breaking. I understand that sometimes things need to be adjusted, but once an item is released those adjustments should only apply to the situations that they are causing an issue. So if "launch" items are an issue in the pvp pit then just change the effect there, not globally.
