I honestly think this is too easy for expert.
It should be ranked hard.
The reason why:
-It's basically just quads.
-Corner jumps
-Mostly easy ladder jumps.
Even if it has 99 jumps, it isn't that suitable for expert.
But I love the idea!
I like how you made the flags.
