Store Tos Violation?

Has anyone else been falsely banned for a "Store Tos Violation?" I was playing today afking my iron golem spawners and came back to find that I was banned permanently? I've spent money on the store for mvp+, plus some for just cubits for cool items on /ah. Did not cheat or plan on it especially after spending money and that's something I just wouldn't do. Anyone else have this problem?

Do you know what this even is? Is it something to do with the online store because I did buy stuff and have the bank statements. I don't understand. Do you know an estimated time for a reply from staff?

To my understanding a store TOS violation means u bought something like Cubitt with irl money and then did a charge back to your account which then automatically gets you perm banned if this wasn't u you should defo appeal

Did a new appeal and you were right. My bank flagged it as fraud and recharge it back I think. Sent the staff pictures but I still haven’t heard anything back.
