How many blocks is that to divide it into 4 squares?

Well I believe the plot is 128x128 so that would make the middle of the plot a even number with two blocks in the center of the plot. So basically I made one block of the two on all four sides a wall. Each mini plot is 64x64, but I add a second layer to the wall so it would become an odd number, being 63x63. I hope that answers your question.
