How to get souls?!

I do know that voting will not get you souls on Kitpvp. So, how am I supposed to get souls on KitPVP or Factions?

it used to be were if you voted , yoou would get 2 souls per each vote. Then in around mid July, Dacon removed it and switched it with just giving us ign money and golden apples and never explained or changed the shop.
