I have already posted this in off-topic discussions but i really want help please. I dont know how to change my age. I put in the wrong year and now im years older than i actually am and would like to fix it. If you know anything PLEASE tell me!

I accidentally put in the wrong birth year (didnt have glasses on couldnt see very well) and now i dont know how or where to fix it. please help me
