yep, ive seen people get away with stuff, but usually mods arent on when it happens. A lot of mods are chill abt swearing and stuff, usually just asking u to stop. Depends on server and mod to be honest with you, but to answer your question: no, theres not a "ban evasion" or whatever for donating

My idea to adding something to Aether would have to be a new way of making money/mana. For example, the most effecient way to make money and rebirth rn is to literally walk away from your computer, and let your mob grinder work. I know high level player who wake up in the middle of the night...
