The problem wasn't really the ability, but the high wood prices. It was really OP money and i guess its nerfed because of that. If you bring the log prices down to 1 ea you can keep the tree feller ability like it was and maybe keep the duration lower

The /vip command already exist, the chest is just a annoying way to sell more VIP ranks... I hope they go soon.. Edit; So no it should not appear for VIP's only since we can just do /vip for the exact same menu.
