there is no staff on creative to monitor stuff and a lot of stuff goes down but i try my best to stop bad stuff and help but without the right role and position i am virtually useless

i like to help people with what they need whenever i can but i don't know if i would be a good staff member so i don't know if i should keep trying for staff. please let me know your thoughts.
