I believe they meant that Dacon decided to do the reset so close after the Cupid chest event, and it was unfair to those who got items from it that can't be transferred over since they didn't have enough time to make good use of them.

I think they are pointing out that the quest requirement is confusing since the description says 1609 blocks to complete, but the progress tracker says 1696 to complete the quest.

I suggest you file a support ticket explaining your situation, so that you can possibly get your cubits sooner.

You bring up a good point. Maybe claiming keys can be changed to claiming them directly from Gary the Golem, instead of having to go to the webstore. That way only you would be able to claim your keys, and you could get them instantly on any server instead of having to wait for the "purchase" on...
