I feel like a lot of the staff rely on /mail espcially from what I've seen on earth with removing lock chests and resetting town land when a member as quit. I also think just in general will give a nicer, cleaner feel to the server.

While sell hand/all isn't usable by non-ranks you can still do /shop and click the Sell Inventory button and it will sell everything in your inv - basically the same as /sell all but through a GUI You can sell gold nuggets but I agree I think you should be able to at least sell copper ingots...
