Yeah its an oof, however with MVP+ you also get a free warp to place if you were thinking for making a shop or public grinders.

On Oasis the minimum island lvl required is 100, IF you don't have at least 100 it won't let you place it. I recommend having a look in chat when you place it. It could tell you the reason there.

I agree before people would have islands and islands maxed with cactus and would take lots of time and effort. however, it is time that we move away from this and the reset was a great time to do it. I believe the economy is great the way it is and shouldn't be affected by bringing back cactus...
