Yes, but if they make it so you have to only be at spawn when you vote and while you at spawn you get keys and if you leave spawn they disappear. Also while they are in spawn they can get blocks, using E but you can still fly. (I mean, they don't need blocks at spawn anyway...) Or adding to...
