I have to agree here. With them clearing mobs every 15 MINUTES it makes it considerably harder to grind mobs because Mana just likes to be weird and randomly makes mobs despawn even after the normal 15 minute mob-clear, which creates like 5 minute delays. I experience this a lot while grinding...
