To put down you Device you need to contact your brain and force your hand to use it senses and drop the phone that’s in your hand after doing that put your head on your pillow and..... Go To Bed. Also make sure to fully turn your phone off or it’s going to just persuade you to turn it on again...

To be completely honest with you I turned 15 this year and to be honest theres not really any point in going Trick ‘o’ treating because I’m too old. I might go with my younger sister to some houses but I’m basically going to stay at home with some lollies and play some games with some mates...

Yeah to be honest I don’t have the same experience as you but I used to have an old school friend who had ADHD and they used to struggle with controlling what they said.
