no you're not, have the same problem, just don't go too fast, I noticed that's what usually breaks the count, and was even worse before when items were stacking, but now if you go slow enough to pick up every time wheat by wheat it counts most of them! :)

I'm not sure but when I tried the farming wheat with the farmer job it wasn't counting it, only harvesting pumpkins worked.. But I made a lot of money really fast to get my island bigger with the Woodcutter job! just punching leaves help leveling up so it's very EZ :p

LMAO why I'm seeing this only now ! xD I got more screens xD After all I thought I had more screenshots lmao, but at then end also I had to make a rail that goes to the ocean so they would all drown cause I could not get a ride of them, Ended up cleaning the wedding and rails the next morning...
