A little bad staff or maybe he is joking.

So Today on minevast I saw a staff Careening was calling someone a prick or something so I think he was joking or being a bad staff I didn't take a screenshot But I saw him called someone a prick. so I was thinking to self. His he joking or being real?. But if he is joking please tell me. because helpers/staff can't be calling people pricks and stuff. if he is. You have to demote him. cause that is a bad thing to say to people. tell me if he was joking or not.
