Ability Scrolls

Older items seem to be going out of fashion. I've wondered if you could add some appliable abilities to items (similar to enchants) that give you the abilities of current or newer items. For example, using a scroll to apply the item effect of Midna's helmet, and making it appliable to the Dovahkiin's helmet.

This gives value to older items aswell as new crates

+1 this would be a great idea but it shouldnt be so u can have 2 different abilities on 1 sva
