hi can u please help me get MVP+ rank on kitpvp it only shows MVP+ rank if im in the hub my minecraft username is Ginoboy1671

Ranks had a period where they would only work in a singular gamemode but they recently changed it to become a server wide rank (all gamemodes / realms)

Something like this happened a few days ago. Someone said they bought the 'VIP+' rank and a crate key on survival, but only the crate key came through. Maybe store bought ranks are bugged?

Best when you open the ticket, you provide the transaction number aswell, for proof you bought it.
